How Platino collects, uses and safeguards the information you share when booking, consulting and being measured.

Summary

To book an appointment, Platino only needs your name and phone number.
Your information is used to serve your appointment and tailoring. Platino never buys or sells personal data.
Your measurement profile is kept so you won't need to be re-measured from scratch next time.
You can view, correct or request deletion of your information at any time.

Scope

This policy applies to the Platino website, the online booking form and Platino's published contact channels: phone, Zalo and the showroom.

Platino does not sell online, does not require an account and does not collect payment information on the website.

This policy is based on Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP.

Information Platino collects

When you submit the booking form

Full name and phone number.
Your consultation needs and styles of interest.
Preferred appointment date and time, and the date you need to wear the garment.
Any notes you add.

Automatically recorded information

Submission time, the page submitted from and IP address, used to verify appointments and prevent spam.

When you consult and are measured at the showroom

Body measurements, build characteristics relevant to the cut, your preferred fit, fabric codes, garment configuration and post-fitting adjustments.

Platino does not actively collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include ID numbers, bank account details or health information in the booking form.

How we use it

Contacting you to confirm, schedule and remind you of appointments.
Consulting, measuring, fitting and completing garments by the date you need them.
Keeping your measurement profile for future orders and aftercare.
Answering questions, receiving feedback and handling warranty claims.
Keeping the website secure and preventing fraud and spam.

Platino processes data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a booking form or provide information during a consultation), to perform the tailoring agreement between you and Platino, or when required by law.

Platino only sends product information and offers if you agree to receive them, and you may opt out at any time.

Data sharing

Platino does not buy or sell your personal data. Data is shared only in the following cases:

Platino staff who directly consult, tailor for and look after you, only as needed for their work.
Technical service providers who help run the website and receive bookings: website hosting, email, the appointment spreadsheet and visitor analytics (Google Analytics). These parties process data only on Platino's instructions.
Competent state authorities when required by law.

Some email, spreadsheet and analytics services may store data on servers outside Vietnam. In such cases, data transfers are carried out in accordance with Vietnamese law.

N° 05

Storage and retention

Data is stored in Platino's website administration system, internal mailbox and spreadsheets, along with client records at the showroom.

Booking forms: kept for as long as needed to arrange and serve your appointment. If you don't proceed with tailoring, the booking is deleted or anonymized.
Measurement profiles and orders: kept for as long as you remain a Platino client, so you won't need to be re-measured from scratch, unless you request deletion.
Transaction records: kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

How Platino protects data

The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection.
Access to the admin system, mailbox and spreadsheets is granted only to responsible personnel.
The website is backed up regularly.
The booking form has an automatic anti-spam layer.

If an incident affects personal data, Platino will remedy it and notify the authorities and you as required by law.

Cookies and external links

The website uses essential technical cookies to function properly, and Google Analytics to measure visits: page views, pages visited, time on page, device type and visitor region. This data is used in aggregate to improve the website, not to identify individuals. Platino does not use advertising cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website works normally when analytics cookies are blocked.

Some resources, such as fonts, may be loaded from third-party providers. Links to Zalo, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps lead to external platforms, where each platform's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

To know what data is being processed and for what purpose.
To give, refuse or withdraw consent.
To view, correct or request correction of your data.
To request provision, deletion or restriction of processing of your data.
To object to the use of your data for marketing.
To complain, report, take legal action and claim compensation as provided by law.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before then. If you request deletion of your measurement profile, Platino will need to re-measure you on your next order.

To protect you, Platino will verify your identity (for example, via the phone number used when booking) before providing, correcting or deleting data, and will respond within the timeframe required by law.

Policy updates

Platino may update this policy when our operations or the law change. The new version takes effect from the date it is posted on this page, and the latest update date is always shown at the top.
